Group Visit Request Form

The Undergraduate Office of Admission at Willamette University is open to group visit requests from high schools, community-based organizations (CBOs) and other cohorts of college-going students. If you are arranging a visit for a group of 5 students or fewer, please schedule each student individually through our regular campus visit page. 

To begin the process of scheduling a group visit, please complete this form in as much detail as possible. Dates with no or limited visit availability are posted on our Campus Visits page. We are not able to arrange group visits on these dates. After you submit your request, a member of our team will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your visit or suggest alternate scheduling. Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of your preferred visit date.

We are unable to accommodate visits for students in middle or elementary school.
