Thank you for your interest in visiting Willamette University! To schedule a visit, select your preferred date on the calendar below.
Our daily campus visit program offers prospective students and families the chance to get to know Willamette through an information session, a student-led campus tour, and an optional admission interview.
In this group presentation, a member of our admission team will provide an overview of the application process, financial aid, and what makes Willamette unique.
During our hour-long campus tour, your guide will introduce you to the beauty of our campus, give insight into our academic opportunities and student life, and share why they chose Willamette as their home away from home.
This conversational one-on-one meeting will help our admission team learn more about your interests and potential fit for Willamette. Interviews are not required for admission, but they are highly encouraged for prospective students in their application year.
These appointments are meant for prospective students interested in transferring to Willamette University from another institution. In this one-on-one meeting with our Transfer Coordinator, you can discuss any specific questions you may have about Willamette including financial aid, how your credits will transfer, and other details specific to your transfer process. (Please note: Transfer advising appointments may be scheduled to occur in-person during your campus visit or virtually following your visit, depending on the availability of our Transfer Coordinator.)
If you are a prospective graduate student looking to visit campus, please schedule through the Atkinson Graduate School of Management or the College of Law admission webpage.
If you are interested in visiting Willamette's campus with a group of more than 5 students, please submit a Group Visit Request form.
You can review Willamette's current community health and safety policies here. At this time, Willamette University does not require visitors to be vaccinated upon arrival to campus. Our community is over 95% vaccinated, and we encourage our visitors to be vaccinated as well. If any member of your visiting party is feeling unwell leading up to (or on the day of) your visit, or if any member of your visiting party is exposed to a person(s) known to have COVID-19 within 10 days of your preferred visit date, we ask that you reschedule.
