    Daily Campus Visits

Our daily campus visit program offers prospective students and families the chance to get to know Willamette through an information session, a student-led campus tour, and an optional admission interview.

    • Information Session

In this group presentation, a member of our admission team will provide an overview of the application process, financial aid, and what makes Willamette unique.

    • Campus Tour

During our hour-long campus tour, your guide will introduce you to the beauty of our campus, give insight into our academic opportunities and student life, and share why they chose Willamette as their home away from home.

    • Admission Interview

This conversational one-on-one meeting will help our admission team learn more about your interests and potential fit for Willamette. Interviews are not required for admission, but they are highly encouraged for prospective students in their application year.

    • Transfer Advising Appointment

These appointments are meant for prospective students interested in transferring to Willamette University from another institution.  In this one-on-one meeting with our Transfer Coordinator, you can discuss any specific questions you may have about Willamette including financial aid, how your credits will transfer, and other details specific to your transfer process. (Please note: Transfer advising appointments may be scheduled to occur in-person during your campus visit or virtually following your visit, depending on the availability of our Transfer Coordinator.)

If you are a prospective graduate student looking to visit campus, please schedule through the Atkinson Graduate School of Management or the College of Law admission webpage.

If you are interested in visiting Willamette's campus with a group of more than 5 students, please submit a Group Visit Request form.

    Health Guidelines

In alignment with our current community health and safety policies, all campus visitors must be able to provide proof of full vaccination for COVID-19.

    • Each visitor will present a CDC COVID-19 vaccination record, either paper or a photo, showing that their final vaccination was administered at least fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the visit. The vaccination record must show the visitor's full name.
    • Visitors may provide a negative PCR test in lieu of a vaccination record. The negative test must have been taken within 72 hours of your visit. Antibody tests (also known as rapid tests) and at-home tests will not be accepted.
    • Wearing an approved face covering/mask will be required during the entirety of time spent on campus, both indoors and outdoors. We will be able to provide face masks to visitors, if needed.
    • If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, please consider our virtual visit options.

If any member of your visiting party is feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your visit, or if any member of your visiting party is exposed to a person(s) known to have COVID-19 within 10 days of your preferred visit date, we ask that you reschedule.

Contact with any questions about the current health guidelines and requirements for campus visitors.
