Summer Event for New Bearcats: Financial Aid & Student Accounts

Join us and colleagues from Financial Aid and Student Accounts to learn everything you need to know about the next steps in the financial aid and billing processes. We'll answer questions such as:

• Where do I see my financial aid offer?
• When do I pay my bill?
• How do I take a loan or utilize a payment plan?

This program is intended for students enrolling in undergraduate programs at Willamette University in Salem for fall 2026 for the first time. Parents, family members and others supporting students in this process are also welcome to attend.

This event will be hosted in meeting format - allowing you to ask questions via video or the Q&A after the presentation has concluded. A recording of this event will be posted to our Enrolling Students page for later viewing.

Willamette University utilizes Google Meet for our virtual programming.

• A Google account is not required to access the meeting.
• A link will be sent the morning of the program and approximately one hour prior to the start of the program.
• The link will open Google Meet through your browser, or, you may download the Google Meet app to your desktop, Android or iPhone/iPad.
